Karen I'd like to thank you for the time you spent with me. Here is my testimony to your service.

I am now 40 years old and my life was always chaotic and out of control and had been as far as I can remember; up until about 6 months ago. At the age of 12 I turned to drugs and alcohol and became a part of the judicial system in and out of jail and in trouble with the law. Prior to the age of 12 I lived a traumatic childhood full of abuse, separation, neglect, parents with addictions and my older sister had been raped and murdered when i was 3. This list could go on but I'm sure you get the picture. As an adult 18 years and up dealing with these issues I had relationships fail, jobs lost, lost of my drivers license, criminal charges and neglect of my own children. I was angry, violent and seldom sober. I tried drug/alcohol treatment, anger management and talk therapy and never had any success. I was at the end of my rope and was getting fired directly by the owner of a company for alcohol related problems. This man inspired me that day. His harsh but kind words and actions stuck with me and a year later I brought myself to the life zone and met Karen as he suggested. When meeting Karen I felt a bit guarded as always with a therapist but soon felt safe and comfortable. Her time line therapy techniques are amazing and we did this while i was in a trance like state. I remember everything I worked on and when I say that's what it was, Karen guided me through my life sorting, dealing, forgiving and healing pain I never knew was there. I never spoke about anything while under hypnosis it was all dealt with in my own mind she didn't need the information she just showed me a way to deal with it. We realigned my values to better suit the person  i really am. All this took no more than 15 hours over just a few sessions. Six months later I am only looking back to write this testimony. I have continued to abstain from illicit drugs and alcohol. For the first time in 40 years I feel in control of my life and at peace. I've rebuilt relationships with my parents, children and many other family members. My relationship with my girlfriend has flourished and is better than ever. I started eating healthier and lost 50 lbs and feel amazing. My career has also gone to the next level. I'm back in a management position and that's where I want to be and I am being paid what I am worth. These are all goals I set while working with Karen and I crushed every single one of them, now onto the next ones. I feel amazing and on top of the world even throughout this pandemic I am strong enough to support and be the rock others can lean on. Working with Karen has changed my life, allowed me to literally grow up and enjoy living.

Thank you Karen for our sessions together in the fall! You helped me overcome the negative beliefs holding me back which allowed me the courage to take the leap onto a new path. I've recently joined West as a pilot and am loving it so far. We moved to Mount Albert to be closer to family and the kids get to play with their cousins almost every day. Just wanted to pass on the update and thank you for the work we did together  

Karen opened the way for me to free myself of a heaviness that had been dragging me down for years.  Her guidance and knowledge to treat the blocks I carried on a subconscious level opened the way for me to lead the life I was meant to.  The best part of Karen's treatment program is that she gave me the tools I needed to treat myself so that I can continue to face any challenge that life sends my way.  Truly amazing!"
